Final Pieces

We are finishing up our final pieces for the show. We will be shipping everything in less than two weeks! Amazing how fast the time goes. The top picture is fabric for a light shade...and in the shop some pieces being oiled.

The vegetables are starting to grow! This year's veggies are looking pretty good so far. We are looking forward to a delicious harvest.

exhibition

After the exhibition at the Libre gallery, we will be showing our work at Rin 3F space in Omotesando. We are currently making the schedule, so we will post more infomaion once we decide everything. Most likely we will be showing our work from July 28-August 1.

Things are growing like crazy in the garden. It really feels like summer lately with all of the sunshine we have been getting. I have been loving the weather...it's nice to feel warm sometimes.

Another beautiful day

We have been going on alot of walks lately, this is one of our favorite roads that cuts through the fields. The news said that rainy season has started, but we only had one day of rain and now the forcast is sunshine all week. Maybe rainy season will be short this year?

Bicycle

One of our regulars gave us this bicycle. It is really hard to ride beacuse there are no brakes and it is extremely hard to stop. Tetsushi has mastered it, he can even ride it all around the neighborhood.

Bud

This is such a beautiful flower bud. We both decided we like it almost better than the flower itself.

New piece

This is a close up of the new light we are working on. Tetsushi figured out how to mount all of the essentials for the light...now it just needs the fabric shade. I better get to work!

Making progress

Tetsushi's mom, Akemi-san, has been busy sewing all week. The new set of pod sacks will probably be finished next week!

Problem Solving

Tetsushi is working on a light...it is always a challenge to figure out the best way to mount the light fixture and deal with the cord. This will be another collaborative piece, I will start the fabric for the shade very soon. I am really curious to see how this piece will look finished.
